DESCRIPTION OF THE ROOM
This type of room is a small refuge for those who want to make the most of their solo holidays. Our single room with terrace, the only one of the structure, offers an exclusive external access. The terrace is the strong point of this room, where you can relax on the sun loungers reading a book or simply admiring the mountains that surround us or a small glimpse of Lake Garda in the distance.

PRIVATE BATHROOM
All our rooms have private bathroom with shower and toilet (NO bidet). In the bathroom are available hair dryer, towels and courtesy kit.
FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION
Flat screen television in every room.
EXTRA BED
In some of our room, on demand and depending on availabilities, we can add extra bed (with extra fee) or baby bed.
FREE WIFI
All the rooms and the common areas have free wifi connection.
MOUNTAIN VIEW
From our room and from all the building you can enjoy a beautiful mountain view.
DOG FRIENDLY
Dogs are welcomed in our house, with the respect of some hygiene rules, with the extra cost of 8€ per animal, per day.
