Based on art.13 of European Regulations 679/2016 in terms of protection of personal data, the company “Garnì Al Laghet of Santoni Enzo.”, owner of the processing, and M.me Santoni Ilaria, in charge of the processing, we would like to share with you’re the following information:

• The processing of the data is finalized to fulfil the law duties connected to the hotel services. The processing will automate and with paper archive;
• The data collected will be transmitted to the authorities and could be transmitted to other public offices following the regulation;
• The collection of these data is mandatory and an eventual refusal will impede the staying in our hotel;
• The data will be collected following the regulation for a maximum of 5 years. After this period of data will be delated;

• With your agreement we are authorized to communicate to other person your presence in our hotel in case of calls to your attention or visitors, messages, packages or external reservations;
• With your agreement, we are authorized to send you advertising material, rating updates and promotion of our hotel;

• You can modify or cancel the agreement in any time;
• You have the right to receive more information about the processing of the data and the person in charge;
• You can ask to the owner of the hotel, changes, limitation of cancellation of the agreement of the processing of your data.
